Please read these terms alongside your quotation and order confirmation. For assistance with a specific purchase, contact your TCT ASIA representative.
01Agreement
These terms apply to product sales by TCT ASIA (Seller) to the Buyer, subject to any signed agreement.
02Orders & pricing
Orders require written acceptance. Prices, taxes and additional charges follow the confirmed quotation. Changes require Seller’s written approval.
03Payment & credit
Payment dates and credit arrangements are specified in writing. Overdue accounts may delay further shipments.
04Delivery & risk
Delivery estimates depend on availability. Freight, risk transfer and storage arrangements follow the accepted order.
05Returns
Contact TCT ASIA before returning products. Returns require authorization and supporting evidence of the reported issue.
06Warranty
Warranty coverage, claim deadlines and remedies must be confirmed in the applicable written sales agreement.
07Liability
Any agreed liability limits remain subject to mandatory applicable law.
08Compliance & intellectual property
Buyers must observe applicable trade controls and third-party intellectual property rights.
09Events beyond control
Affected parties should promptly communicate unavoidable disruptions and coordinate revised arrangements.
10Governing law
The parties shall specify governing law and dispute resolution in their written agreement.
11Changes
Order-specific changes require mutual written agreement.
